María Teresa Cañete Reina

Degree in Biology from the University of Sevilla (1985-1990)

She joined CIVTE in 1990, working as a biologist. Today, she heads the team of CIVTE biologists.

• Master "Fellowship" (specialization) in the Howard and Georgeanna Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Virginia, United States, under the direction of Prof. Dr. D. Aníbal A. Acosta and Lucinda Veeck (1991).
• Master “Fellowship” in Erlangen (Germany) for expertise in new techniques of assisted reproduction (1991).
• Course of specialization in different assisted reproduction techniques (the study of infertility, IVF, GIFT, ICSI, SUZI, PZD, Hatching, blastomere biopsy, etc). Valencia (1999).
